We provide 100% Dead on Arrival (DOA) protection. To qualify for a refund or store credit:
✅ Send us a clear photo of the item within 12 hours of delivery
✅ The item must be sealed in its original packaging
⚠️ Heat Pack Advisory
If we recommend a heat pack for your plants and you choose not to use one, DOA claims will not be honored.
